Electrolyte Add Pack is to be used in conjunction with the Land O’Lakes
Electrolyte Base to treat dehydration and electrolyte loss due to scours or
stress. Glycerin in the formulation assists with electrolyte transport. To be
fed with warm water only, between regular milk or milk replacer feedings.
Add one scoop of Electrolyte Base and one scoop of
Electrolyte Add Pack to 2 quarts of warm water and mix thoroughly. Feed to calf
between milk feedings using a pail or bottle or, if necessary, an esophageal
feeder. Feed 2 to 4 times daily as needed to correct dehydration.
